Was in dealer today buying some parts. Overheard a customer speak to the service rep about how her car started vibrating as she drives. The woman in charge of service asked to go and see her car. when she came back, she explained to the customer that there is a very good chance that the problem could be just that there is ice packed all over the place in and around the wheels from the snow storm we just experienced. Advised her to hit the car wash, and see if unthawing everything solves the problem. I thought this was a honest, and commonsensical way of going about the issue. i was quite impressed, i dont think many other dealers would care to help someone like this. they would just take your money. If the car wash didnt solve the problem, the car needed washing anyways. i know mine does. As far as my experience went, i got subaru quality stuff, thats correct, from a friendly guy, for not too much money. Not the first time, or last time. see ya in 10,000 kms.

6/5 Stars! Stellar customer service. I've been in contact with Tyson (Subaru Specialist) for almost a year now while waiting for my Immigration status to go through and getting married. The moment I was good to go, so were they! I preferred contacting via email and Tyson was incredibly responsive to my questions. When me and my wife got to the dealership we felt very taken care of and everything went smoothly. They even went above and beyond to help me grab some documentation I needed to pull my insurance down to 50%! Highly recommended!
